Overview:
As Corcentric's HR Operations Specialist, you will join a fast-paced and fun HR team within an ambitious and entrepreneurial global organization. You will support payroll processing, benefits administration and other HR efforts across the US organization to help deliver an exceptional employee experience!

This important position reports to the Director, HR Operations, and works closely with the rest of the Human Resources team. We're a dedicated, close-knit, pretty cool crew if we do say so ourselves, and we look forward to adding you into the mix!

Responsibilities:
Assist with data gathering and data entry, as well as the preparation and processing of bi-weekly US payroll and associated recordkeeping/reporting

Perform reconciliation and auditing processes for payroll and benefits administration

Respond to inquiries regarding timesheets, PTO, and employee benefits.

Finalize timesheets by identifying and working with employees and managers to correct errors and omissions; ensure timesheets are review and approved by managers in a timely fashion

Assist with benefits administration including employee benefits onboarding and off-boarding as well as reconciling and submitting vendor invoices

Assist with compliance reporting requirements and audits such as the 401k audit and annual benefits reports

Process changes to employee records, and assist in the maintenance of hard-copy and online personnel records

Monitor Wellness Screenings for the company healthcare coverage

Respond to employment verification requests

Create exit letters and other regular HR documents

Support HR initiatives and project work as needed

Assist with general office and facilities administration duties

Collaborate with internal stakeholders like the Finance and Accounting team (benefits invoices, payroll taxes and invoices) and IT (Employee Onboarding / Offboarding) as needed

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

1 - 2 years' related experience performing payroll processing and benefits administration support work as described above

Previous experience with non-exempt and exempt timekeeping and payroll requirements required.

Support of multi-location and geographically-disbursed teams highly desirable.

Exceptional attention to detail and numerical manipulation/data entry skills required.

Strong time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize and delivery work on tight timelines needed.

Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain payroll and benefits topics to audiences with varying levels of knowledge.

Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation in order to build and maintain the trust of employees at all levels of the organization.

Able to work equally well independently and as part of team

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good online and offline records.

Strong analytical skills and professional judgment

Demonstrated flexibility, energy, curiosity, initiative and a desire to continually learn and improve in fast-paced, unpredictable and complex environments
