Account Manager

Position Purpose:

Seeking a sales representative who can help grow existing and acquire new business. Our sales representative will service existing customers as well as cultivate new opportunities and relationships.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist your RDBD mentor in daily tasks and duties such as measuring of sites and research.
• Generate appointments through prospecting calls and emails.
• Attend networking events, team training and weekly sales meetings.

• Accountable for new sales goal of $500,000 and renewing existing customers.
• Ensures that weekly appointment metrics are met through canvassing and lead generation.
• Assist in preparing and delivering bid proposals tailored to the customer's needs.
• Communicate with customers pre and post event in the winter months.
• Assists winter operations by covering phones for them (in remote capacity) during their rest plans.

Education, Requirements and/or Professional Experience:

• Associate Degree
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Skills/Qualifications:

• 2-years in a sales position or related field which is customer facing with experience in problem solving
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite-Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, using radios, phones and computer
