Your profile

• Psychology / Human Resource Management Degree
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, including onboarding
• English fluently.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Proactive, with great communication skills and team payer
• Flexible and solution-oriented
• Understanding of the roles to be hired
• Presentation skills
• Strong sense of accountability

Your responsibilities

• First point of contact for new employee and hiring manager from offer accept through onboarding; handle inquiries from new hires
• Report new hire data to the parties involved in hiring and onboarding process
• Schedule and facilitate new-hire orientation sessions
• Monitor and coordinate requests and delivery of all provisioning items by new hire's start date
• Welcome new employees, facilitate personnel file completion
• Ensure follow-up of the probation and integration period
• Maintains accurate HR reporting data for new hires in internal HR systems
