Your profile

• Experience in working as team assisstant/secretary
• Ability to quickly adapt behaviour to people from different cultural backgrounds
• English advanced

Your responsibilities

• Handling and tracking of project correspondence (e-mails, memos, letters etc.)
• Kepping attendance of correspondence list
• Coordinates and establishes all travel arrangements, and reconciles travel and expense reports
• Organizing and coordinating meetings and other events. Attending to customers and visitors (via telephone, handling enquiries in writing etc.)
• Completes assigned day-to-day tasks, of different kind
• Assists in preparing presentation, reports, documents/material
• Office management: procuring/coordinating office equipment (furniture, DP equipment, stationery etc.)
• If agreed in the project preparing translations into/from a second language
