Your responsibilities

Within Siemens Energy IT PMO detailed involvement in overall project portfolio management, e.g. business case generation and project approval, project monitoring, analyze clustered project reporting data in area of responsibility. Accountable for transparency of project portfolio status to management, therefore, follow up with assigned project managers, create standard reporting on monthly basis. Responsible for optimization of project initialization, being able to do deep dive into projects in case of quality issues.

• The SDL tool is key with the SE GP T and hence you will keep SDL up to date based on organisational structural changes and business demands
• The Current distribution lists are essential for communication and granting of access rights for network shares within the SE GP T business
• You will Receive incoming SDL requests/queries and coordinate the deployment with the requester.
• You will Identify potential for simplifications to reduce efforts
• Prepare upcoming changes of organizational structure in advance
