We are seeking an Organizational Change Management Manager to support in the implementation of complex organization-wide projects and initiatives. Responsibilities

Our Organizational Change Management Manager will work directly with our internal stakeholders to facilitate change activities. This individual will be responsible for the development and execution of change management activities across multiple projects and initiatives. Informs or develops the organizational development & change management strategy ensuring its fit for purpose across business needs and delivering solutions at the enterprise and individual levels. Additionally, this position functions as a change management steward for Topco, understands how projects impact the end user, develops training, and engagement tools to support the end user experience. Day to day responsibilities include:


Change Management

  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Understand program as well as identify project related change management issues -identify project deliverables surrounding people, technology and process-driven change requirements
  • Conduct change impact analyses to assess the scale and scope of the change and degree of readiness of key stakeholders. Assess change impacts by stakeholder, change characteristics, and organizational characteristics
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Provide input and support on the development of change procedures that are required to further Topco's efforts in the development of their strategic pillars, PMO initiatives, etc.
  • Works collaboratively with departments and teams to ensure effective change management execution across organizational changes
  • Develop robust, high-value training programs to support the changes across a broad range of initiatives utilizing blended delivery methods (including e-learning capabilities)
  • Promote associate adoption and provide appropriate follow up survey and/or training support
  • Utilize learning management system to drive standardized training assignment and tracking associate training completion
  • Partner with the Change Lead to design and develop training strategies to address the learning requirements required for various projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to the development, improvement and implementation of efficient processes to deliver training and evaluate the impact of learning, including the efficient use of learning technologies to manage and deliver training
  • Translate learning requirements into training content to prepare end users for new skillsets
  • Consult with subject matter experts and technical staff to validate functionality, identify best practices and workflow for preparation of instructional or training documentation for communications to end users
  • Document business processes and create instructional documents for users on new or upgraded systems
  • Identify training needs, provide guidance and training to associates

Project Management

  • Produce and update project documentation including plan, risk analysis, stakeholder analysis, etc.
  • Implement training project plan and manage critical milestones for successful project delivery
  • Manage the production of work products, taking responsibility for overall progress and use of resources
  • Establish solid working relationships with the project team and other key stakeholders


Knowledge Sharing / Knowledge Management

  • Actively drive change management capability across the organization
  • Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of Topco's change management framework and body of knowledge, to ensure the organization is incorporating best practice approaches.
  • Contribute to the dissemination and sharing of best practices and lessons learned for organizational development planning and knowledge building
  • Support communication efforts including the design, development, delivery and management of communications for each project


Organizational Development / Learning & Development

  • Actively drive the learning & development organization objectives by supporting the development of mechanisms for training needs management, knowledge transfer/retention
  • Assess, evaluate, identify, and promote best practices for business operations, decision tools, and training for organizational development
  • Partner with the HR Team to build the overall L&D strategy, based on the needs identified in the change management process, to close capability gaps


Qualifications

  • Desire to lead Training & Change Management initiatives
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience working with large project teams and/or outside vendors
  • Experience in building and delivering end user training
  • Work well independently as well as part of a cross functional team. Team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expand knowledge in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to multi task, exercise sound judgment and prioritize conflicting demands of time with minimal supervision
  • Ability to, gather critical information assimilate and reproduce for a wider and varied audience
  • Desire to learn the inter-workings of a Learning Management System, training recording tools, and other technical learning tools preferred
  • Team player; always working towards win/win relationships
  • Self-guided person able to work in a changing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
  • Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbally
  • Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other SAP, Salesforce, HR systems and modules


Education

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience a must
  • Experience in a category management role and/or retail organization is a plus
