Summary: Premier real estate company with a diverse portfolio of products is looking for a Product Manager. An ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. This position is seeking a highly skilled market analyst with a proven track record to strategize the full lifecycle of production - from concept through launch. The ideal candidate will guide the teams in the creation of successful and innovative products, as well as improve customer experience.

Responsibilities:

* Define the product strategy and roadmap

* Strategize with senior leadership on effective solutions to solve business problems providing solutions

& timelines to determine an effective path forward

* Act as Product Owner on an Agile sprint team, making decisions and calls about priority and sequencing

* Gather requirements and define solutions through research and analysis of existing systems and

workflows, as well as conversation with subject matter experts

* Monitor competitive landscape to ensure products stay ahead of the curve

* Facilitate story writing and requirements definition with a development team to ensure software

development activities align to business objectives

* Execute UAT on individual user stories to ensure requirements are met and guard against disruptive

edge cases

* Manage and prioritize a backlog based on input and objectives from the Product team and leadership

Requirements:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up style environment with a servant leadership approach

* Passion for leading and actively participating in software development projects from ideation through

implementation and support

* Effective technology literacy skills including familiarity with SQL, HTML, CSS, and Javascript

* Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail to produce high quality of work

* Experience with Agile methodologies and acting as an Agile Product Owner

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all

levels of the organization

* Experience in digital project management, product development, and Agile

* Excellent process-driven mindset, organizational and analytical skills

Pay range: 125k-150k/ per year + 10% Bonus
