First Secure Bank Group is the holding company for three bank charters. As we continue to grow, we are in need of a Human Resources Administrator to assist the VP of Human Resources. Position Overview

The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for managing the time clock and providing administrative support for the human resources department. This includes file and system maintenance, documentation assembly and preparation and assistance with non-exempt recruiting.

Primary Accountabilities

1. Time clock system management. Become the time clock system expert and become the point of contact for employees on the system. Make sure that the system is accurately set-up, maintained and working properly. Train new hires on system use. Follow up with employees on time clock system issues as needed.

2. Personnel file maintenance and organization.

3. I-9 form and log maintenance.

4. Document preparation and maintenance for new hires and terminations. This includes coordinating and preparing all related documents, such as tax forms, I-
9, policy documents and the employee handbook. Initiate IT paperwork to get employees set-up and removed from the systems.

5. Insurance billing and benefit systems maintenance. This involves preparing medical insurance allocations for each bank, reviewing invoices for accuracy and administering employee enrollments and terminations on the systems.

6. May assist with updating on-line job postings and phone screens for non-exempt employees.

7. Other duties as assigned.

None.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Must have well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Requires the ability to maintain confidential information and maintain professional standards.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Must have the ability to learn time clock system.
  • Requires flexibility and ability to adapt to changes

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; some college helpful.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • 2-5 years of related experience in Human Resources.

Physical requirements
Occasional standing and walking; frequent sitting required.

Work Environment
Communicates regularly with all members of the organization. Reports to the Vice
President of Human Resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
