*Holiday Sign-On Bonus! Receive $1,000 on your first paycheck and $2,000 after you've worked 90 days!**Key Responsibilities: ** Fulfill parts requests by technicians and ensure parts are properly charged to the unit under repair* Receive inbound shipments of parts and fuel to ensure proper quantity ordered and free of damage, stock inbound parts to proper storage location and update information systems* Conduct Cycle Counts and periodic inventories as required* Ensure each unit has required inventory of equipment to determine usability and replacement of non-functional equipment* Maintain JBHT information systems regarding parts receipts, shipments, inventories, and usage* Provide administrative support by copying and typing correspondence, maintaining records, and filing* Retain and ship parts per the Company's Warranty Retention and Core Management procedures* Maintain a clean, well-ordered work environment free of trash and hazards* Ensure compliance of safety policies* Mentor and train other shop personnel* Perform other duties as assigned* Observe all Company safety requirements*Minimum Qualifications: ** High School Diploma or GED equivalent* U p to a 12 to 18 months of direct experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience* Ability to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.*Preferred Qualifications: ** Ability to multi - task* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team* Basic deductive reasoning skills* Experience working in a fast-paced environment* Proficient active listening skills* Proficient organizational skills* Proficient time management skills* Self-motivation* Ability to fulfill physical requirements of the job including lifting above 50 lbs.., bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling* Ability to wear appropriate work attire (protective gear/PPE)* Ability to exercise discretion* Ability to make time-sensitive decisions.*Holiday Sign-On Bonus!
