The Executive Compensation Advisor will assist in the development, implementation and administration of *** executive compensation policies and programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an interest in growing and developing their skill set in the specialized Compensation function of HR while working in a fast-paced environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation and administration of *** executive compensation policies and programs.
Conduct executive job analysis and evaluation to develop new hire, promotions and other talent actions requiring compensation recommendations for certain levels of the organization
Support M&A activities including integration harmonization analyses.
Support Annual compensation planning and annual processes such as bonus, salary, and equity, and benefits review.
Maintain catalog of job descriptions and executive structure in market pricing tool and assist with external benchmarking
Maintain executive structure by initiating executive transactions, maintaining headcount reporting, and master list/matrix of program eligibility, historical detail and indicative data that drives participation in certain compensation and benefits programs
Maintain executive records to ensure that all compensation actions are executed, reconciled, and remain compliant with internal and external controls
Provide excellent customer service and exemplify *** people first culture by fulfilling data requests, handling escalations for sensitive employee inquiries, supporting retiree questions, and helping to communicate key details of program eligibility
Document current processes and procedures and identify process inefficiencies to recommend and implement process improvements
Maintain master list/matrix of all executives for program eligibility, historical data and indicative data details that drive participation in *** executive compensation and benefits programs
Supports the day-to-day administration of the company's long-term incentive plan and ESPP plans including all aspects of record keeping, reporting, compliance, and reconciliation, in an accurate and timely manner
Support equity plan reserves transactions, termination dates, tax withholding and reporting
Support other compensation programs, salary and equity survey submissions and special projects, including acquisitions and divestitures, large reorganizations, job leveling, job hierarchies, internal and external audits, new government-mandated changes, etc.

Job Requirements
Minimum Education: Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
Minimum Work Experience (years): 5+ years of prior experience through a combination of broad-based and executive compensation. Knowledge of Stock Plan Administration a plus e.g. BenefitsOnline by Brokerage or other Stock Plan Administrators (Preferred)
Key Skills and Competencies:
Advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to exercise good judgment and handle confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate with all levels (including executive management and Board of Directors) and explain stock option, restricted stock units, and employee stock purchase plan
Works effectively in a complex and fast paced environment
Must have Stock Plan administration experience
