Job description

My client in Rock Island, IL, is looking to hire a couple of warehouse associates to support their business- Starts ASAP!

**Job Description**

+ Looking for candidates to work on their Line 1 Operating Team.

+ Line 1 consists of 4 positions that continually rotate through the 10 hour shift.

+ Candidates can be putting blade on conveyor line that runs it through oven/furnace - blade is then taken off with hand tool/grabber that sets it in a press - then taken off the press and put in a quench to cool - it is then hung on a line to be painted and once painted taken off for quality inspection/shipment.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:** .

+ Candidates will be on their feet for 10 hour shifts - rotating amongst stations.

+ Ability to lift 40 -50lbs. Nothing super physical.

+ Attention to detail looking for quality defects.

+ Will be trained on operating rhythm as it's a team process.

**Qualification:**

+ Atleast 6 months of experience in warehouse setting.

**Work Environment**

+ Clean and very organized - they have this production line along with a welding department, shipping/receiving, and engineering department.

+ Can get hot at times with the furnace/oven.

**EMPLOYMENT TYPE**

+ Contract to Hire

**WORKING HOURS**

+ 4 Openings on Day Shift (Monday - Friday) 6:00AM - 4:00PM.

+ 4 Openings on Night Shift (Sunday - Thursday) 8:00PM - 6:00AM.

**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**

+ None

**Compliance Requirements**

+ Drug Test Required

**Additional Compliance Information**

+ Drug: xcup 4 (No Thc)

+ Need to make sure IL Sexual Harassment Training is completed.
