Overview:
Are you looking for an opportunity to make a big impact in a world class organization? We are looking for a Manager, SAP Enterprise Applications to fill a critical leadership role within our IT division. In this role you will manage and support Shure's SAP ecosystem. You will be accountable for Shure's service levels to support the transformation of Shure's SAP technology including adherence to best practices. Additionally, in this high visibility role, you will work directly with internal business partners and IT resources to leverage technology and solve business problems.
The Manager, SAP Enterprise Applications is responsible for all aspects of SAP and ancillary systems operating environment and interfaces in providing support, technology, service delivery, overall maintenance and production change control. Also ensures that appropriate business practices and metrics are adopted to ensure the technology's return on investment (ROI). Manages the work efforts of SAP staff with responsibility for staffing decisions, performance appraisals, and pay reviews.
Responsibilities:
Configures and supports implementation of SAP S4 HANA and Legacy SAP ECC for order processing, delivery, billing, finance, engineering change requests, forecasting, procurement, manufacturing, warehouse management and goods movement.
Works in key enterprise applications including IBP, Mii, Ariba, EWM, Hybris, Solution Manager, Labeling, Customs, Shipping Tax, and EDI.
Manages a globally-located SAP team including work planning, capacity utilization and solutioning for customer-reported SAP issues and enhancements.
Manages resource planning in addition to adherence to budget, issue identification and risk mitigation for assigned projects and ticket resolutions.
Acts as the first escalation point for SAP support to analyze customer-reported issues including identifying root cause as well as solution design and implementation.
Responsible for solution quality, Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence and SAP process compliance.
Uses in-depth technical and analytical skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the business environment.
Oversees Managed Services engagement.
Provides project management for projects in a multi-year SAP roadmap.
Evaluates business requirements and works closely with stakeholders to identify key business needs to translate that into a clear solution.
Identifies opportunities and gaps to improve the effectiveness of the SAP operational support..
Partners with SAP Development to coordinate cross-team resource allocation in support projects, change orders, and maintenance activities.
Manages stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment of deliverables to business outcomes.
Plays a key role in the development of strategies to help shape the support model to meet the demand and requirements on IT in support of the overall business strategy.
Develops procedures to monitor and report on SAP team's work and performance by measuring customer satisfaction, preparing progress reports, providing weekly status updates.
Remains current with emerging technologies and industry best practices; guides others on major strategies and methodologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in wide-ranging SAP enterprise systems implementation and SAP support environment working with and influencing multiple, cross-functional teams and with responsibility for results, including costs and methods
Experience with SAP S4 HANA Greenfield or Brownfield implementations
Passionate about technology with strong implementation and support experience of SAP integrations
Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively, drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels
Able to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; sound judgment and demonstrated leadership skills
Eager to learn and support the business strategy and desire to do support and enhancement work
Exceptional in storytelling: i.e., the ability to structure and synthesize within your communication
Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver presentations and workshops to audiences at all organizational levels
Proven track record helping business customers/clients establish operational application support processes
Experience in a fast-paced agile and waterfall development environment and has an ability to execute against timelines
Able to provide guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies
Develops team through joint goal setting, appraisals, coaching, and oversight of training
Experience with advising subordinates how to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems
Responsible for the hiring, firing, and performance review of staff
Maintains professional ethics and accepts responsibility for own decisions and actions
Demonstrated ability to work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends
Demonstrated experience in determining the best use of resources to meet goals of assignments received in the form of objectives
Able to lead cooperative efforts among members of project teams
Able to follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Able to develop and administer schedules and establish performance requirements
