What is a typical day as a Talent Acquisition Associate?

• Provides administrative support to the Recruiting department; assists Colleague Resources staff with recruiting activities, software, and general information
• Maintains internal candidate application process through initiation of automated correspondence from recruiting system
• Prepares staffing reports for management; ensures system information is accurate, complete, and timely.
• Enters and tracks open positions using the recruiting system; trains new managers in using the system

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have your High school diploma or GED. College is preferred
• One (1) year of administrative experience required.
• Human Resources and/or recruitment experience preferred
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
