Position Summary:

A human resources (HR) Generalist's primary duty is to provide support for assigned business units as it relates to people issues, strategies and initiatives.

This is a full time salaried position. The shift is Monday-Friday 3pm to 11:30pm

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Bloomington, Indiana is a state of the art, GMP manufacturing facility, providing one million sq/ft of a drug substance manufacturing, drug product manufacturing, and related pharmaceutical services. The Role:

• Recruiting for open positions, manage the process, ensure timely communications with candidates and support the on-boarding process.
• Developing pipelines for talent in assigned business units, developing strategic relationships within the community to facilitate the hiring process (i.e. relators, university resources, high school partners).
• Supporting Business Units with employee relations concerns, analyzing issues and propose solutions to people related issues, providing counsel and ensure compliance on people related policies and procedures.
• Support HR processes (Perf. Management, Talent Reviews, OE, etc), supporting HR projects as needed, managing succession planning process for assigned business units, keeping up to date with changing HR related regulations.

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years of experience
• Must be able to read and understand English-written job instructions and safety requirements
