As Fabrication Production Supervisor, you will manage the night shift Fabrication team, including two team leaders, who will report directly to you, and approximately 30 indirect team members, including machine operators and material handlers, reporting to the team leaders. You will oversee all Fabrication department-related activities and be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing functions are performed in a timely, cost-effective manner consistent with established procedures.

To be a good fit for the Fabrication Production Supervisor opportunity, you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally including manufacturing in a heavy fabrication, high volume, high mix environment
• 3-5 years of leadership experience required; leadership experience in fabrication, machining, welding preferred
• Proven ability to supervise, coach, train, develop and motivate others
• Experience and demonstrated success in industrial safety, quality management, customer service, talent management, project management, lean/TPS manufacturing, inventory management, and asset utilization
• Strong technical and intermediate computer skills are required
