Collins & Company, a Division of Patrick Industries is seeking a self-driven Order Entry Clerk to join our growing Team! Collins & Company is a distributor of appliances, trim products, fuel systems, flooring, tile and other related building materials primarily to the RV market as well as the housing and industrial markets.

Your attention to detail, organization skills, excellent communication skills, and follow through on all tasks will drive success within the business segment.

Job Responsibilities:

· Provide support to a high volume of customer requests through processing orders, email resolution, and part identification requests

· Communicating with customers to confirm order dates and deliveries

· Responding to customer inquiries and supplying updates as needed

· Monitoring customer orders via business systems

· Tracking inventory and updating customer accounts

Required:

· 1+ years order entry experience preferred

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office; AX is a plus

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Willingness to participate in on-the-job training
