Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assisting your Team in Creating a World Class Customer Experience
  • Knowledge and compliance with the federal, state, and local regulations that affect operation
  • Consistently meet or exceed dealership goals and objectives
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
  • Grow our Business by taking care of our Customers and the sales team you are entrusted with.
  • Actively work in the CRM to create deals daily
  • Make Sure All Contracts funded in a timely manner
  • To "TRY" on every opportunity you are presented with

Qualifications and Skills

  • Finance Experience a Must
  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Proven Leadership Skills in order to inspire others to do their best work daily
  • Highest Integrity and Desire to do the right thing by our team, our customers and our business.

Driven personality, eagerness to learn and improve daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
