Title: Sr. Treasury Analyst

SUMMARY:

Supports treasury and cash management operations, helping to develop strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costs. Assists the Treasurer with stewardship of financial assets and debt including overall leadership of the cash management, debt management and investment management functions of the organization and its affiliated entities. Oversees processes that ensure corporate liquidity and financial stability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist the Treasurer with all global treasury strategies, operations, and policies.

· Within approved guidelines, executes risk management activities related to foreign currency exposure and interest rate risk management. Provides guidance, education, and assistance to international subsidiaries for the same.

· Drives the utilization and integration of the recently implemented Treasury Management System

· Supports all derivative transactions, including hedge accounting and hedge documentation.

· Supports the compliance process for all credit facilities and covenants.

· Oversees issuance of all letters of credit.

· Works with Treasurer on all intercompany lending activity, including integration with Accounting to provide related monthly journal entries.

· Assists Finance and Accounting with currency revaluation entries.

· Project lead for a number of ongoing treasury operations projects.

· Oversees daily global cash position and liquidity reporting to Management.

· Works with and assists external and internal auditors relative to Treasury processes.

· Assists in the development of bank relationship management

· Potential for "hybrid" schedule with some flexibility for remote work

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• A minimum of 3 years of corporate treasury experience, CTP, CFA, or CPA preferred
• Excellent MS Office skills required: Excel, Power Point, Word
• Well versed in fundamental cash management concepts and practices
• Experience managing compliance (e.g. covenants) with credit facilities
• Familiarity with bank cash management platforms is required; Treasury Management System ("TMS") experience is a plus
• A firm understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Experience overseeing derivatives and hedge accounting
