We are currently searching for a Business Analyst in our Stanley Products & Solutions Group based out of our 3xLOGIC branch located in Fishers, Indiana. This position will be remote and only required to be in the office on a need by basis.

Overview

TheBusiness Analystis responsible for planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.

• Work with Product Owner to define the business requirements
• Maintain product backlog by creatingproduct features and user stories
• Participate in Feature Prioritization sessions
• Facilitatebacklog grooming and user story estimation sessions with the team
• Leadthesprint planning sessions
• Articulate business requirements to the Engineering Teams
• Providing guidance to team membersregardingproduct requirements
• Being the go-to for subject matter expertise and leading day to day activities
• Assist the team with development testing during sprints
• Validate business and technical requirements are met during the Sprint
• Participate in the Team'sDaily Stand Upand give daily updates
• Creating,reviewing,and delivering end-user documentation (user guides, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy
• Ensuringthe product supports thecompany'soverall strategy and goals

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years Agilebased project delivery experience

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 1+ years' experience in a client facing role as SaaS technical consultant, client success, software support, business analyst, etc.
• Experience with launching cloud applicationsand SaaS business models
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Analytical and quantitative skills; able to resolve issues with well-structured analysis.
• Exposure to and application of OOP (Object Oriented Programming) principles, Java, Python, C++, etc, helpful.
• Prior experience with commercial cloud technologies, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
