Robert Half is seeking a Business Process Manager to join our growing healthcare & pharmaceuticals client located on the northside of Indianapolis. As a key member of the newly-created US Finance team, this role will be responsible for defining the systems and solutions to support growth within the North American Business Unit. Reporting directly to the Americas CFO, this role will help lay the groundwork for the finance function and is responsible for proactively identifying and translating the needs of the market to deliver needed solutions, automation, and data architecture. The scope of systems includes, but is not limited to, SAP, Concur and Salesforce. This role will also be accountable for developing effective approaches to project management.

Other key responsibilities include:

+ Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Sales and Marketing, Finance and IT, and geographically disperse stakeholders to bring best in class processes and technology to our US Commercial team.

+ Planning, coordinating, and executing system enhancement projects, process improvement initiatives and the roll out various other supporting tools.

+ Developing a strategic plan of support for operational systems such as SAP and Salesforce.

+ Defining and driving business and systems requirements, performing impact assessments and ensuring technical solutions meet the need of business operations.

+ Assessing existing processes and making improvement recommendations.

Requirements

+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field and/or have progressive, equivalent practical experience in business/systems.

+ Confident in leading system implementations and enhancement projects, and have experience in designing, configuring and testing SAP modules.

+ Autonomous worker, strong business partner, and adept at influencing without authority.

+ Passion and comfort working in a cross-cultural, matrixed environment and enjoy strategizing, planning, and executing projects within cross-functional teams.
