Ultra Steak, Inc. is a large franchiser of Texas Roadhouse and other restaurant concepts. We have a terrific opportunity for someone who is highly motivated and would like to train into an HR Generalist position. This full-time position has a hybrid work schedule which includes partial days in an office environment, with the remainder of the work day remote. In addition to assisting in Human Resources, about 15% of their job duties will include front desk/office administration.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and eager to learn job skills in benefits, recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and more! They will be detail-oriented with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. College degree preferred but not required.
