Job Description:

The Treasury and Finance Operations (TFO) Technology team is responsible for all operational systems used by the TFO department. The Payroll Business Systems Analyst will have diverse responsibilities primarily focused on technology and system support, improving our operational infrastructure, and supporting key business and operational initiatives. Core operational responsibilities include KPI/metric analysis, and operational/executive reporting, and end user systems support. The role will report to the Manager, Payroll Systems. Salesforce.com is a fast-paced environment and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running to manage multiple responsibilities and projects while producing high- quality work.

Responsibilities:

  • Support TFO operational needs including executing SOX controls, configurations for legislative and company requirements, and troubleshooting production bugs.
  • Create business requirement documents for new system features and enhancement
  • Support systems-related TFO project execution in direct partnership with IT; measure and document business results achieved through solution implementation
  • Support business stakeholders outside TFO, including reporting, access maintenance, and other day to day duties.
  • Support and facilitate partnership between IT Support (internal and external providers) and functional business leads
  • Identify areas of improvement to increase accuracy, completeness and/or consistency and implement solutions in process, policy, and overall operations of the all TFO functions

    Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelors' degree in Information Systems or any Engineering discipline or Business with 3+ years of professional Business Analyst experience
  • 5 years of overall systems experience with at least 3 years of previous Workday configuration or support with Workday implementation including integrations.
  • Experience with Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR data models especially core HR, transactions, security and business processes.
  • Understanding of systems analysis, including root cause analysis and other process modeling
  • Experience with ADP Globalview backend and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint or Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to think independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts

    Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Master's degree in relevant business or technical discipline
  • Workday Pro Certified
  • Experience with the PICOF and PECI integrations
  • Understanding of Workday EIB, studio and Integration cloud connect including Packaged integration and connectors to integrate Workday data models with 3rd party systems.
