Job Summary

LM Henderson & Company, LLP is a public accounting firm in the Indianapolis area of about 45 professionals. LMH has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join the company as an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities and Duties

Administrative Assistant duties include:

  • Client Service
  • Answer phones, greeting clients
  • Tax return assembly
  • Billing
  • Typing letters & financial statements
  • Scanning documents
  • Support to all staff and partners

Qualifications and Skills

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software
  • Ability to multi task
  • Client service oriented
  • Integrity
  • Timely and accurate
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
