Salesforce is seeking a Web Analyst to join our Based in Indianapolis Global Marketing Decision Science team. You will lead all training & enablement for Google Analytics 360 and web analytics at Salesforce. You will be at the forefront of ensuring that our marketers are infusing web analytics insights into their marketing strategies and tactics. You will work within a collaborative, cross functional team responsible for delivering an always-on, robust web analytics platform and ensuring that the organization gets maximum value out of it. *What you will be doing:*
* Serving as the Global Google Analytics 360/web analytics training & enablement lead at Salesforce
* You will be the first person people come to for web analytics/Google Analytics 360 guidance, mentorship, questions
* Leading in-person trainings with various stakeholders
* Holding in-person office hours to assist stakeholders with their self-serve web analytics issues
* Overseeing the Global Web Analytics Resource Hub - an internal site that serves as the single source of truth for all Google Analytics 360/web analytics related resources
* Managing the #web-analytics power user community on Slack, including authoring/publishing announcements and triaging questions asked by stakeholders
* Ensuring that Salesforce marketers understand how to get the most out of Google Analytics 360 in order to craft more intelligent marketing strategies and make data-informed decisions
* Developing new and innovative web analytics training and enablement solutions that can scale to reach the maximum amount of users
* Run ad hoc analysis to support digital projects

*Key Skills & Experience:*
* 2 - 4 years professional experience in web analytics
* Deep expertise reporting out of Google Analytics 360 (standard reports, custom reports, Explore, UTM based reporting)
* Basic understanding of Google Analytics 360 admin configuration settings and advanced functionality (filters, referral exclusions, default/custom channel groupings, Multi-Channel Funnel Reports, unsampled reports, data import, goal configuration)
* Moderate experience with Data Studio and BigQuery
* Proficiency communicating complex, technical topics to a non-technical audience in a clear, coherent way
* An understanding of the needs, concerns, and common business questions of marketers
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical/implementation teams
* Highly motivated, detail oriented and a self-starter
* Process oriented with a focus on scalability in everything you do
*Added bonus:*
* Expertise with Data Studio and BigQuery
* Experience using a debugger to inspect analytics server calls
* Deep understanding of web tracking technology (working with a data layer, nuances of cookie based tracking, URL query parameter use, dimension scoping, etc.)
* Experience working in an Agile environment
