Today, we're adding new talent to our team. The DevOps Engineer will serve as a hands-on engineer who will develop, deploy, and troubleshoot. This person must have proven ability to work hands-on with various AWS tools and utilities. We need this employee to have critical thinking and advanced problem-solving are key behaviors among the team.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing, deploying, and troubleshooting AWS solutions.
  • Create/Manage CI/CD pipelines and programmatic provisioning (Infrastructure as Code) of resources in the cloud.
  • Educate others on execution of CI/CD Pipelines
  • Designs and implements monitoring and reporting on CI/CD activity.


Requirements:

  • Languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, C++, JavaScript, etc.
  • Infrastructure as Code, using CloudFormation, Terraform, or other tools
  • Architecting cloud native CI/CD workflows and tools, such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Code Pipeline, Code Star, Code Deploy (AWS) and/or GitLab.
  • Experience with Docker containerization and clustering (Dockerfiles, EKS/ECS, etc.)
  • Experience with automating repetitive tasks using various scripting languages - bash, etc.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and experience with pipelines that invoke security scans on code as well as docker images.
  • 3+ years of DevOps experience.
  • Proficiency with AWS functions and tools.
  • One or more AWS Certifications
  • Bonus: AWS Certified Solutions Architect
