Job description

HELPDESK SUPPORT ANALYST, W2 ONLY, Hybrid Schedule

Description:

- Helpdesk support experience required

- Strong customer service skills, communication skills

- A+ preferred

- Minimum 1 year experience working deployment projects or break fix (HANDS ON). No exceptions to 1 year.

- If on project team they could support any number of projects including, monitor refresh (IUHP), Case Manager (laptop deployment), Windows 10.

- Enterprsie wide they support 52k users

- 1st shift (8-5) but need to be flexible to work after hours and weekends if needed

- They will be hiring 7 techs for break fix (FTE type role) and 8 people for projects. Approximately 7-8 roles have been filled.

- Windows experience, ability to troubleshoot and fix issues with minimal supervision.
