Job Description:

The primary focus of this position is supporting the HR Operations Team day-to-day activities and responsibilities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build daily one-time payment EIB for recognition program and process/validate in Workday.
  • Build ad-hoc one-time payment EIBs for recognition program for mass volume of recognitions that are approved.
  • Build the semi-monthly one-time payment load file for payroll processing of commission payments and sign-on bonuses that are not included in the hire process.
  • Complete various Workday tasks within Workday that are assigned to the HR Analyst security role as required.
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly audits within Workday.
  • For new hires create, distribute and track signed Promissory Notes in Workday for those individuals that are receiving a sign-on bonus.
  • Create, distribute and track receipt of Labor Law forms required in certain states for new hires.
  • For new hires, track to make sure through daily reports and audits in Workday that onboarding forms are completed.
  • Continually work with HR team to review processes and identify opportunities to streamline by using Workday reporting, business processes or notifications to eliminate manual steps completed outside of Workday
  • Prepare reports as needed to respond to client needs using Workday or Cognos Reports and summarizing data in Excel using advanced features (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Functions, etc...).
  • Respond to employment verifications verbally, by fax or electronically as necessary.
  • For promotions, track updated forms and agreements that are needed from the employee. Work with Crowe University to make sure employee completes the required compliance training.
  • Complete Work Verification forms for employees when needed.
  • Assist with upcoming projects and annual initiatives within Workday
  • Assist with client requests as necessary
  • Assist with Talent Solutions projects and initiatives
  • Assist with Workday related tickets in ServiceNow
  • Assist with requests sent to HR Services mailbox
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Experience and Skills

Position requires broad, but solid knowledge of:
  • Workday HCM experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience
  • Experience Professionalism: requires diplomacy, confidentiality and confidence in dealing with sensitive information.
  • High level of organizational skills, including great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-confident: must be able to work and communicate with varying levels of clients
  • Strong cooperation between teams and cross functional areas
  • Accepts and manages through ambiguity/complexity and deals effectively with change
