Our fast-growing company is seeking to hire an experiencedRegional Property Manager(RPM) to join our team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the assigned portfolio by executing polices, procedures and practices to enable each property to meet budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives. The candidate must be capable of providing supervision of personnel, properties, marketing, financial and maintenance functions, and provide leadership to a growing team of property management teams. This position reports to the Regional Vice President.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides overall direction and supervision of day-to-day property management with oversight responsibility for management of the properties within a designated portfolio.

  • Ensure monthly occupancy and delinquency goals are met.

  • Confirms timely and accurate reporting for assigned portfolio to the Regional Vice President. Information included will be vacancy and delinquency numbers, budget variances, staffing needs, upcoming inspections, and other data, as needed.

  • Will communicate regularly with all necessary company employees, lenders, property owners, financial partners, and other individuals as deemed necessary.

  • Will do regular visits to each property to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

  • Ensure Revenues are maximized.

  • Expenses are carefully monitored and controlled.

  • Ensures all employees are properly trained.

  • Resident satisfaction is a continual focus.

  • Make certain that each property is maintained to the highest standards with a continual focus on asset preservation and enhancement.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to all legal requirements are reinforced.

  • Responsible for resolving resident relation issues and any escalated complaint.

  • Responsible to perform quarterly property inspections.

  • Other duties assigned by the Regional Vice President


Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in multi-site property management.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Must have two plus years Section 42/LIHTC experience

  • Required to travel up to 75%.

  • Must maintain confidentiality.

  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

  • Must have knowledge of Federal, State and Local Policies, Fair Housing and LIHTC policies.

  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentations skills

  • Ability to manage effective teams and develop strategic solutions.

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with strong attention to detail

  • ResMan software application experience preferred, but not required.

  • Problem-solving ability

  • Courteous and professional always

  • Valid Driver's License required
