Overview
Executes organizational development (OD) projects through utilizing OD expertise and leveraging strategic planning skills. Designs and leads efforts that strengthen the performance of IU Health leaders, providers, and team members to consistently achieve desired patient outcomes and advance system priorities and strategies. Develops and refines cultural integration strategies, partners with system and local leadership to implement these strategies, and proactively makes recommendations for how to support organizational effectiveness. Delivers expertise in change management, engagement, succession planning and talent development. Serves as an internal consultant to system leaders, business units, clinical leaders, and providers. Performs organizational assessments using a variety of proven methods to uncover and solve complex organizational problems and contribute to new growth opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree is required in Education (Adult Learning preferred), Organizational/Leadership Development, Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience is required. Master's Degree preferred.
• Coaching/OD certifications are preferred (e.g. ICF, OD Consultant Certification, Professional Clinical Development Certification (ANCC ex.), Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Experiential Learning Certification, Gallup Certified Coach, Prosci ADKAR certification).
• Requires 5-7 years relevant experience; healthcare/hospital setting experience is preferred.
• Requires demonstrated expertise in of learning and organizational development principles and methodologies (e.g. adult learning principles, instructional design, competency modeling, development planning, leadership assessments, mentoring, coaching, leadership development, team development, and change management).
• Experience working in a large highly matrixed clinical/business organization is preferred.
• Requires high proficiency with Microsoft Office and demonstrated experience with reporting and presentation tools.
