Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Daily Grind - As the Talent Coordinator, you will support the recruiting module in the Cornerstone system platform. You will perform administrative tasks to support our Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions. This includes sharing job postings to niche groups, following-up on assessments, interview scheduling and providing supporting documentation to hiring managers on the Talent Acquisition side. In support of the Human Resources function, you will work on communications and mailings, scanning and electronic filings, departmental tracking, and so much more!
- You're Part of a Team - In addition to working closely with Human Capital team members, you will also build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and hiring managers.
- Special Projects - There are lots of opportunity to grow and develop here. From working on cross-functional projects to sharing the German American Bank opportunity with others in the community. You will take a deep dive into data to understand trends and present opportunities.
- And you have to be able to juggle - Multiple and conflicting priorities will come up under specific time constraints.
What it takes:
- Skills in: networking and building diverse & inclusive relationships, listening, analyzing data and discerning trends, communicating effectively (written and verbally across a diverse spectrum), maintaining confidentiality, motivating and coaching others, making timely decisions, thinking critically balancing customer experience and business needs, and reporting progress.
- Proficiency in: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel (mail merges)
- Ability to: adapt, get along with others, participate in projects from brainstorm through implementation, research, analyze and grasp information quickly, prioritize, organize and plan projects, achieve goals, ability to give and receive feedback, assess needs, use available resources and partnerships to solve problems, and work independently and as a team member.
