Position Summary:

Designs and oversees HR operational programs, processes, and policies including employee onboarding, development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and/or engagement.

Position Responsibilities:

* Ensure resolution of employee inquiries concerning company HR policies and regulations.
* Ensure response times and communication with internal customers is a priority.
* Coach and develop team members in both their focus areas and opportunities for interdepartmental cross-training.
* Ensure process, policy and delivery in collaboration with the isk Management, Safety and Legal groups.
* Stay abreast of the ever-changing employment laws and guidelines
* Serve as an advisor to HR Business Partners related to adjudication and work with Legal if necessary.
* Support company acquisitions to ensure integration and training run smoothly.
* Oversee the creation and delivery of training for HR and Managers as needed.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience:

5+ years of HR experience

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Office Environment

Ability to sit for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
