Essential Job Functions:

• Ensures center has all supplies needed to operate except computer hardware
• Assesses needs and requests for supplies for the whole center
• Obtains price quotes for supplies and equipment and recommends most cost effective supply based on price
• Prepares purchase orders and picks up needed supplies
• Reviews package contents for correctness and distributes to appropriate location
• Maintains records of past purchase orders
• Sustains working relationships with supply and equipment sales representatives
• Coordinates demonstrations of new equipment
• Assemble and relocate furniture or equipment as needed
• Set up rooms for meetings as requested
• Respond to emergency clean up during clinic hours
• Transports supplies and goods
• Manage, organize, and maintain donations
• Operates equipment used in cleaning or snow removal
• Maintains equipment in a clean and orderly manner and restocks supplies
• Disposes of and obtains medicines and other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Miscellaneous duties such as changing light bulbs, small repairs, hanging pictures, changing batteries in panic buttons and fridge monitors, etc.
