Staffing Resources is searching for a motivated leader to join our team as a Branch Manager.
The Branch Manager is responsible for increasing the growth and profitability of the branch office by developing and maintaining client relationships, facilitating a positive team environment, promoting solid recruitment and sales strategies. The branch manager is expected to lead the branch team in a manner that promotes growth.
Responsibilities

• Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
• Recruits individuals for staff positions and develops them to perform their positions competently by providing consistent and on-going training, leadership, and feedback.
• Manages day-to-day activities of the branch, assuring that all functions are covered appropriately, orders are filled successfully, and all support processes are fulfilled timely.
• Monitors and participates in sales activities closely to assure that needs of future and current clients are anticipated appropriately.

• Develops multi-level relationships in client organizations to assure retention and further development.
• Review Monthly Branch Financials and identify areas for improvement to reach top revenue and gross profit goals.

• Assures that branch complies with company model, and that all reports and other paperwork are completed and filed timely.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and growing diverse teams
• Strong client relations skills

• Computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems as needed
• Ability to manage multiple projects and to follow through with an appropriate sense of urgency

Experience/Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience accepted in place of degree
• Staffing industry experience preferred. manufacturing, logistics, retail and other comparable fields will be considered.
• Experience in business to business Sales and/or recruiting
