We are currently seeking a full-time 1.0FTE Therapist (LCSW) to join our team of professionals. The Therapist will work in our Wellness and Counseling Center which focuses on Women's Health. This position is expected to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THERAPIST (LCSW) CANDIDATES?

  • Master degree in Social Work from an accredited program and licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
  • Experience in women's health and fertility preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience preferred.

WHAT ARE THE THERAPIST RESPONSIBLES?

The Therapist (LCSW) will be responsible for providing clinical social work services to patients in an outpatient setting.

  • Provide emotional support by conducting interviews, listening objectively during counseling sessions and evaluating patients' mental condition to formulate a treatment plan.
  • Keep detailed records on each patient and monitor progress.
  • Work in conjunction with the team (Psychologist, Nurse Practitioner & LCSW) to provide best treatment and counseling options for patients.
