Develop and run Operations focused reporting to deliver data-driven insights for executives and site leaders. Engage with stakeholders and perform variance analysis to understand how processes and efficiencies impact key performance metrics.

Description

• Run daily, weekly and monthly reporting, maintain trend files for KPIs, Labor, and SLA performance metrics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, a demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders, and experience preparing materials for an executive audience
• Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions
• Comfortable building complex models in Excel and can turn data into easily understandable insights

Uses historical data, sales trends and market research to develop forecasts, track sales quota and provide various reporting (daily, weekly, monthly). Works closely with multiple departments. Utilizes data to determine potential changes.
May help in the planning and implementation of the RFP process, broad architectural considerations, budgeting and project planning. May sit on client/customer steering committees related to the broader aspects of the program/project being implemented.

Two year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum five years' functional experience. OR HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum 8 years of functional including 4 years position specific experience. *This is not a complete listing of the job duties.
