TheDIRECTOR OF CASE ADMINISTRATIONis responsible for the success of the New Business and Case Management departments within ORG. This position is tasked with building and managing a successful team that aids independent insurance agents in processing their applications. The position is responsible for talent review, training, supervisory duties, agent communication and other managerial tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Build, manage and train an effected New Business and Case Management team. Day-to-day supervisory responsibilities including, but not limited to, time/attendance review and approval, performance reviews, team building, conducting trainings, managing work schedules, and disciplinary consults.
* Develop and maintain effective policies and procedures for processing insurance applications.
* Promote an environment that safeguards protected personal information of clients.
* Communicate with and assist independent insurance agents with high-end and/or difficult insurance applications.
* Work closely with underwriting team to ensure clients are getting the best offers possible.
* Promote One Resource Group and Integrity Marketing Groups commitment to building a successful culture and safe atmosphere for employees.
* Direct the scheduling and development of sales number reporting for different departments inside of ORG and outside national accounts.
* Train new and existing independent insurance agents on the processes of ORG.
* Work with other department managers to plan company events, meetings, communications, etc.
