Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary

Great opportunity to join a successful Human Resources Team of a large service organization in the Michiana area. This is the senior level recruiter out of a team of three and reports to a director level HR Executive. The role requires collaborating with Hiring Managers and other others on the Talent Acquisition team to provide exceptional customer service. Manage open positions using an Applicate Tracking System. This includes using data to report status of open positions and successes of filling positions. Professional company with good work life balance.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelors Degree preferred


• Minimum of five years of recruiting or HR Generalist experience in a service organization


• Strong Microsoft Office and ATS experience


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to communicate, influence, and build relationships at all levels.


• Ability to define recruiting issues and make recommendations to hiring managers


• Strong written and verbal communications skills and excellent at listening


• Build a rapport with potential candidates to help bring an offer to closure


• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, changing environment


• Team player, but ability to work independently


• Experience with Behavorial Based Interviewing
