Position Summary:

We are looking for an efficient Human Resources Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. They will work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. This position will not be responsible for interpreting regulations, communicating compliance with laws, or ensuring governance procedures.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

* Oversee Human Resources Administrative tasks
* Enter all new hire information in ADP
* Assist with maintaining data integrity of teammates in ADP and securing necessary documents, including non-competes for facility visitors and our employed workforce
* Assist teammates with navigating through ADP to check hours worked, PTO submissions/availability, pay stubs, etc.
* Upload teammate files into the HRIS system
* Assist with job fairs and employee orientation
* Assist with staffing agency handover, ensuring teammates are set up in ADP before participating in orientation, assigning lockers, ensuring vests are provided, etc.
* Assist collecting, I 9 documentations for new hires
* Assist teammates and supervisors with the clock in/out issues, including but not limited to missed punches, daily review of timecard exceptio
