Your Schedule -

· Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

· Monday through Friday.

The Purchasing Administrator supports manufacturing by monitoring and maintaining parts inventory for maintenance, repair, and operations; creating and sending Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors; receiving materials; and processing invoices for payment by Accounts Payable. This position will be based in our Whitestown Corporate Office, serving our manufacturing team in Anson, Indiana as well as serving our Van Buren, Indiana and Bethlehem, Pennsylvania facilities remotely.

Duties:

• Entering Purchase Order Requisitions (PORs) in our AS400 system to generate a Purchase Order
• Tracking the approval status of PORs
• Forwarding POs to vendors
• Confirming receipt of products or services
• Receiving POs in the AS400 system

Education - High School diploma or GED / HSE required.

Qualifications - Three or more years of related experience, including use of an Inventory Management software system and Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook.

Experience in AS400 or MainSaver, preferred.

Skills - Well organized work habits; Adherence to procedures; High sense of service to internal customers.

Your Rate of Pay -

Starting rate: $26.44/hour

During your first 12 months of employment, your earnings would total $55,000.
