What you will do?

As the HR Coordinator you will beresponsible for supporting the both the Human Resources and Quality teams with a variety of ongoing tasks. This position will interface on a regular basis with internal staff members as well as clients. Specific duties include:

Human Resources
  • Reviews and processes workers compensation claims in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Serves at the point of contact for employees, claims adjusters and medical providers to ensure proper care.
  • Maintains medical records for all clients.
  • Supports the HRIS software and employee databases for accuracy and compliance.
  • Works with the Quality Improvement staff to ensure accurate/compliant employee files for licensing reviews.
  • Supports HR processes and policies across the enterprise.
  • Assists the department for a variety of related tasks as assigned.

Quality
  • Builds a relationship of trust with the clients and their families.
  • Accurately documents medication and other information into the computer systems.
  • Takes and monitors patient vitals.
  • Serves as a Liaison with health services.
  • Travels to other local sites to train staff.
  • Transports clients to medical appointments as needed.
  • Maintains a professional relationship with patient and local care providers.


Qualifications

What you need:

You will need to be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School Diploma/GED. To qualify you must be able to obtain a Medical Management Certification. Prior experience in Human Resources role or CNA is preferable. Additional qualifications include:
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills in a MS Office setting
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
