Consider joining our team as an Administrative Coordinator.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:Organizes meetings which occur by reserving rooms, notifying staff, requesting agenda topics, agenda completion and creation and distribution of minutes as requested.Prepares documents as requested, utilizing Word, PowerPoint and/or Excel.Files, organizes and maintains all department and employee files.Codes and submits any department bills/invoices.Maintains schedule request book for Conference Rooms.Assists Director, Unit Coordinators and clinical educator with various audits (transfers out, restraints, nursing documentation).Orders all office supplies.Collects and distributes mail on a daily basis.Maintains office filing systems, forms and supplies.MercyOne Des Moines provides you with the same level of care you provide for others.
