SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
* Assist with the completion of audit, review, and compilation engagements
* Familiar with pronouncements of the Financial Accounting Standards Board and AICPA
* Learn thorough knowledge of the client's business and related needs
* Responsible for various sections of financial statement engagements
* Prepare financial statements, and management letters in accordance with professional and Firm standards
* Interact with clients to help team efficiency
* Provide A&A technical training to staff members
* Run field work and manage 2-3 audit staff members
* Become oriented with the Firm's entrepreneurial operating system and culture
Job Requirement
* BA/BS Degree - preferably in Accounting or related field of study
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a public accounting environment
* CPA certified (preferred)
* Experience with CCH Engagement and Fixed Asset software
* Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and staff or 1-3 team members
* Ability to work closely with clients to answer questions or collect information
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Organized and detail oriented; able to maintain records and files
* History of honesty and integrity; able to maintain confidentiality at all times
* Accuracy and work quality through application of professional and firm standards
