Situated on sixscenic acres adjacent to the Brown Deer Golf Course, this exciting form of share ownership offers tax advantages, equity growth, a community lifestyle of like-minded people, and freedom from the hassles of home maintenance responsibilities. As a shareholder at Brown Deer Cooperative, you play a part in the decision making of the day-to-day operations of the cooperative.

  • This is a full time position, 60 hours per two week pay period
  • Generous Benefit Package;
  • On Call Hours as needed for emergency
Responsibilities/Job Description:
  • Work closely with designated accountant from management company to provide accurate accounting procedures for the Association.
  • Provide tours, initiate financial discussion, ask, and answer questions of any prospective Owner. Participate in all marketing meetings, open houses, and any other marketing events.
  • Collect all receivables and deposit into appropriate accounts.
  • Supervise all staff and provide annual written performance reviews to include recommendations for salary increases and/or advancement.
  • Provide support for day to day problem solving strategies and encourage best practices
  • Maintain open dialogue with standing committees and Board to help facilitate a strong, positive, responsibly run community.
Qualifications:
  • Vocational/Technical Training or Associates Degree; Required
  • 3-5 years previous experience in similar environment; Required
  • Previous supervisory experience with staff; Preferred
  • Real Estate Licensure; Required
