Job description
This position is responsible for teaching classes as assigned by the Academic Dean. These classes will be face to face and located at the CB campus. Must evaluate and report student performances and progress in courses in accordance with college and division policies and procedures. Must meet Minimum Faculty Standards for hire and adhere to college policies and procedures.
Duties include, but are not limited to, teaching classroom lecture courses, curriculum development/restructuring, student success, student recruitment and responsibility for materials and supplies. All candidates interviewed may be required to provide a teaching demonstration.

- Surveying
- Construction Management
- AutoCAD and MicroStation
August 2021 start date.

Required Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field OR 6000 hours of work experience OR
Expertise should include one of the following areas; surveying, drawing practices CAD , drafting, GPS & GIS , and soils and erosion.
Usage of an online learning management system is required.

Teaching experience is preferred.

Physical Demands
Requires prolonged standing or sitting. Requires frequent bending, stooping or stretching.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, use hands to operate computer keyboard, telephone, and other basic office equipment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, and use a phone. Some travel, by vehicle, may be required. Reading, writing, calculating, social interaction skills, reasoning/analysis, and ability to work with minimal supervision, high degree of problem-solving, organizational skills with the teaching and learning process, and high level of inter-personal skills is preferred.
Hiring process includes ability to pass a background check, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record.

Salary : Adjunct Rates Apply - Depends on Number of Courses
