Seasonal Maintenance Worker

Job description

This position is a Full Time Seasonal position and will perform a wide range of facilities services tasks including maintenance of grounds including mowing, weed-eating and/or landscaping and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualification

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Physical Demands

May require a pre-employment physical.
Ability to pass a background check, have a valid U.S Driver's License and a good driving record. Ability to drive company owned or personal vehicle and operate lifts and machinery.
Must be able to move objects, and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue
Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina.

Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions
Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds. Work involves almost constant exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, bio-hazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises
Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions
Work is frequently done in outdoor weather conditions; rain, snow, sun, wind and other forms of weather.

Salary : 9.00 per hour
