To learn more, visit About the Role The BA (Business Analyst) position will be the front line of communication between school districts educating students with disabilities, and our product lines. This position serves as part of our North Carolina Student Success team partnering with 45 school districts and charter schools. Specifically, this position will manage the day to day tasks of the project to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction and compliance, in addition to managing and supporting PCG's EDPlan™ software suite. This position requires a self-starter who can quickly learn our web-based technologies and provide assistance to our project team. The ideal candidate for this position will be flexible, reliable, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously. Responsibilities + Manages project tasks with limited supervision while meeting and exceeding performance expectations + Manages daily project functions and client interaction (email and phone) + Prepares written reports and materials for clients + Facilitates client discussions during meetings + Reviews business operations and identifies areas for service and efficiency improvements + Develop an understanding of special education policy requirements + Assesses best practices and provide technical assistance to clients + Learns the use and operation of proprietary PCG software products Qualifications Education/Experience: + Bachelor's Degree (Required) + 3+ plus years of relevant work experience in the fields of Healthcare, Government, or the Consulting field (Preferred) Required Skills + Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity + Ability to quickly learn and manage web-based technology applications + Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset + Ability to manage multiple tasks or clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment + Excellent organizational, oral presentation, and written communication skills + Strong understanding and commitment to working in a team-oriented environment + Ability to use sound judgment in completing tasks independently and to seek guidance when needed + Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets with accurate results + Dedication to accomplishing goals and challenges presented by clients and management + Strong Microsoft Office applications skills + Travel Required: 10%-25% #LI-DM1 EEO Statement Public Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to celebrating diversity and intentionally creating a culture of inclusion.
