Responsibilities The Business Operations Analyst 1 supports a growing team dedicated to providing project coordination, consulting support, and operations management services for statewide contract tracing projects. This is atemporary position, contingent upon the needs of the project management team and the term of the project contract, which currently concludes on June 30, 2022. The Business Operations Analyst 1 will play a key role on a wide range of work assignments that may include, but are not limited to, the following: + Support project manager(s) to coordinate, execute, and support project activities and initiatives + Support financial analysis / project invoicing administrative duties + Assist in the composition of internal and external communications + Help configure and oversee task tracking tools for various project areas, ensuring that activities are assigned, and necessary follow-up is initiated and monitored for completion + Gather and analyze a variety of data sets, including team productivity, performance, or system use metrics, and prepare and present status reports for internal review + Analyze data trends and themes and make recommendations to the team on appropriate next steps + Define, document, and improve business processes + Conduct research to support the project team and assist in preparing information briefs for both internal and client-facing use + Manage coordination of internal and external system provisioning for new hire cohorts + Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support during new hire training + Oversee the activities of IT support specialists engaged to provide troubleshooting support to contact tracing workforce + Assist with developing and updating user technical assistance guides and job aides + Manage equipment management deployment and return process + Manage relationship with technology vendor to ensure on-time completion of system provisioning and remediation of customer support tickets + Monitor PCG tech system outages, issue identification, and communications + Develop and maintain system usage reports to ensure continued compliance with contract terms and IT privacy and security standards Qualifications Education/Experience: + B achelor's degree (Required) + Experience in data analysis and information technology background (Preferred) + Experience in technology project management (Preferred) + Able to work with a diverse range of people Required Skills: + Proficiency in Microsoft applications, in particular Excel + Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze data + Ability to write quality work within short deadlines + Excellent organizational skills and an attention to detail + Ability to adapt to changing project demands + Ability to work both in a team situation and autonomously Differentiating Skills: + Experience overseeing the efficacy of technology systems + Experience providing end-user support + Public Speaking and/or previous experience training/presenting to large groups + Interest in public health and human services programs and/or Medicaid knowledge #LI-BC1 #LI-Remote EEO Statement Public Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to celebrating diversity and intentionally creating a culture of inclusion.
