Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

* The Recruiter's role is to support the organization in the full cycle recruitment of qualified candidates.

* This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing for all areas of responsibility.

* Represents the organization at career related events and is actively involved in recruitment marketing and initiates communications to support sourcing talent.

* In partnership with departments, provides guidance related to fair hiring practices, employment policies and all recruitment related processes. (Examples: APRN, PA, RN, LPN, Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technicians, Administrative Support Positions)

* KEY PERFORMANCE: - Achieves established staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates -

* Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, career events, media, and internet sites; provides organization information, opportunities, and benefits;

* makes presentations; maintains rapport -

* Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, candidate flow and time-to-fill -

* Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment -

* Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance -

* Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) -

* Represents at events such as career fairs, online job fairs, and community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates;

* creates brand awareness and develops talent pipelines to ensure staffing objectives are met

QUALIFICATIONS

* Associate's Degree or higher education preferred.

* Three (3) years of experience in human resources department required.

* HR certification is preferred.

* Prior experience with an ATS, HRIS database, Word and Excel required.

* Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, be flexible, creative, innovative, and be able to promote FCS to potential candidates.

* Must have ability to effectively negotiate, communicate and present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, potential candidates and internal customers.

* High level of confidentiality.
