**What You-ll Do**

As an IT Business Analyst at Sogeti you will have the
opportunity to:

+ Perform analysis of businessissues, provide recommendations for possible solutions, work with Businessusers and IT project teams to drive decision making and definerequirements for application development, ensuring that business needs arebeing met

+ Complete documentation forbusiness requirements which guide application development efforts, workingclosely with the development team and business teams to ensure successfulimplementation of business requirements

+ Assist with the development andmaintenance of the business requirements process used to definerequirements for systems projects, assist with the definition andnegotiation of project scope and create appropriate scope documentation

+ Analyze opportunities toimprove application reliability, provide recommendations for possiblesolutions, and work with IT and Business partners to implement solutionsthat enhance application and infrastructure reliability

+ Perform analysis of compliancevulnerabilities, work with IT and Business teams to eliminatevulnerabilities, support internal and external audit related activities

+ Communicate project status andescalates issues as needed

**Minimum education qualification**

+ A bachelor's degree in anydiscipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.

**The ideal candidatewill have:**

+ 3 - 5 years of experience inbusiness analysis of product or software development

+ Experience with developmentmethodologies is highly desired

+ Proven organizational skillswith the ability to develop a detailed work plan to ensure project success

+ Demonstrated ability toorganize and facilitate large cross functional meetings

+ Perform thorough requirementinterviews with project stakeholders

+ Ability to document projectissues, risks, assumptions and requirements

+ Demonstrated problem solvingskills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments toresolve issues

+ The ability to analyze anddevelop business scenarios and use cases

+ Consistently deliver projectstatus and time tracking regularly to management

+ Conduct comprehensiverequirements reviews with project stakeholders, development and QA teams
