Job Description:

The Retail Client Manager's primary responsibility is to develop and manage dealer relationships for the purpose of increasing auto and recreational vehicle loan production and application volume. Successful client managers prospect new clients, convince them to sign up with us, and explain the benefits of our program to increase application count and loan production. This position will require working closely with partners in underwriting/funding/collections to ensure responsible growth in the designated market. The position requires a self-motivated person with strong skills in communication, time management, navigating a computer and iPad, and individual market forecasting. The RCM will be responsible for dealer management reports to resolve key issues with clients as well as analyzing market data. Relationship building, signing new profitable relationships, growing application volume and market share are all key components of successful candidates. Networking with other key influencers in the bank is required. Key influencers are usually mortgage executives, Merrill Lynch executives, and Financial Center Managers and associates. By networking with key influencers we can rapidly expand our growth in direct auto applications and volume which is a critical initiative of the bank.
